IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION
Please note: Only drop requests made before the start of class qualify for a full tuition refund. Any non-refundable fees paid (registration, insurance, and lab fees) will be retained.
Drop requests made after the first class and before the second class will be awarded a partial refund based on the following criteria:
-10% of tuition and all non-refundable fees will be retained if your class is scheduled to meet 11 or more times
-15% of tuition and all non-refundable fees will be retained if your class is scheduled to meet 6-10 times
-30% of tuition and all non-refundable fees will be retained if your class is scheduled to meet 3-5 times
Per policy, drop requests made after the second class meeting will receive no refund. All requests outside of policy should be directed in writing to Refund Committee at email@example.com. All out of policy requests submitted through this system will be denied.
In the event that the drop deadline has passed, certificate level students should withdraw from their course. A grade of "W" will be assigned and will have no effect on the grade point average. Failure to complete a course does not constitute an official withdrawal nor does notifying the instructor. Students who do not meet the withdrawal requirements receive a failing grade.
