General Information about the Appeal Process
U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents:
Note: If you or your parent/guardian has had a decrease in income, such as a loss of employment or loss of a family member, or approved for unemployment benefits, you may also be eligible for additional federal aid – this process is called an "Income Adjustment". Please review the 2020-2021 Income Adjustment Request instructions for eligibility criteria and requirements.
F-1 International Students: Federal regulations require that all F-1 students show proof of financial support for tuition and living expenses to be eligible to apply for an F-1 visa and maintain F-1 status upon arrival to Otis College.
Please allow 10 business days for a decision. If additional information is required for the committee, you will be contacted by The One Stop. Scholarship funds must be used for tuition and fee expenses first. Only appeals approved under the COVID-19 Emergency Fund policy may result in refunds to assist with student living expenses.
Please fill out the following after the committee meets.
